Amazing place! Perfect view, great location and, the most important, fantastic people working there! I would like to thank everyone, from the first smile at the entrance till cleaning services. Thanks a lot to Anass and Nadia at the restaurant, their professionalism, smiles and care makes you feel like home. Reines, sweet girl, still in training, amazing girl. Give her a permanent job, she does everything perfectly 🙂. Breakfast and dinner were perfect, thanks to the chef and his team. The hotel is trying to be eco-friendly also. Respect for this. I stayed with my son, 7 years old. We enjoyed every minute and would like to come again. Thank you for everything one more time.

⸻ I recently stayed at the DoubleTree Hotel in Al Majaz, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service and overall experience. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed, but what truly made my stay exceptional were the front desk receptionists Ruqiya and Raya. They were without a doubt the kindest, most professional, and genuinely helpful staff members I’ve ever encountered at any hotel. Whether it was assisting with check-in, providing local recommendations, or just greeting guests with a warm smile every time, their hospitality was unmatched. They truly made me feel at home. The hotel itself is beautifully located by the waterfront, offering stunning views and easy access to Al Majaz’s attractions. The rooms were spotless, modern, and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was also great — a good variety and fresh options daily. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays, and I want to give a special thank you to Ruqiya and Raya for going above and beyond. Your kindness did not go unnoticed — you’re both a credit to the DoubleTree team!

I recently stayed at Double Tree by Hilton Sharjah Waterfront Hotel, and my experience was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the property, the comfort of the room, and the overall attention to detail throughout the hotel. What truly made my stay exceptional, however, was the staff. Every team member I encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely eager to help. The front desk staff made check-in smooth and quick, and they provided helpful recommendations for local attractions and dining. Housekeeping was prompt and thorough, and always greeted me with a smile in the hallway. A special thank you to Ms. Neneth & Ms. Melody for going above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable during my stay. Their kindness and dedication truly stood out. საოცარი ხედია სასტუმროდან. საუზმე ძალიან გემრიელი და მრავალფეროვანი. ზოგადად რესტორანშიც და კაფეშიც ძალიან გემრიელ საკვებს ამზადებენ. სამზარეულოსთან არ დგას ინდურ, პაკისტანურ, არაბულ და სხვა მისთანათა სუნელების და ცხვრის სუნი. სასტუმროში არის ინგლისურენოვანი წარწერები და ყველაფერი გასაგებია. აუზი, საუნები ძალიან კომფორტულია. ინგლისურად საუბრობს სტაფიდან ყველა და არიან ძალიან მეგობრულები. სასტუმროსთან ახლოს 50 მეტრში არის მაღაზიები, შესაძლებელია სიგარეტის ან სხვა სწრაფი საჭიროების საყიდლების განხორციელება. იქვე არის სუვენირების მაღაზია რომელიც ყველაზე იაფია თუკი სადმე რამე შეგვხვდა. იქვე არის შარჯას ცენტრალური მოლიც.

We keep coming back to DoubleTree by Hilton Sharjah Waterfront, and this was our 3rd (or 4th) stay—and for good reason! From the moment we arrived, the warm, fresh cookies at check-in made us feel at home. The staff is always welcoming and attentive, the rooms are modern, spacious, and spotless, and the waterfront views never get old. The facilities are excellent. It’s our go-to place in Sharjah, and we’ll definitely be back again!

I loved everything about it. The staff is very friendly and respectful. Very clean and comfortable. The rooms have a perfect view. The restaurant is nice and the food is good. The warm cookies served at check-in were wonderful. The pool and sauna were very clean and enjoyable.

We had the chance to be upgraded as our room wasn't ready when we arrived, and they didn’t want us to wait, which was a lovely gesture. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the room itself was amazing with a beautiful view. We truly enjoyed our stay and felt well taken care of. We also enjoyed the qualitative breakfast and its view.
