They were without a doubt the kindest, most professional, and genuinely helpful staff members I’ve ever encountered at any hotel. Whether it was assisting with check-in, providing local recommendations, or just greeting guests with a warm smile every time, their hospitality was unmatched. They truly made me feel at home. The hotel itself is beautifully located by the waterfront, offering stunning views and easy access to Al Majaz’s attractions. The rooms were spotless, modern, and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was also great — a good variety and fresh options daily. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays, and I want to give a special thank you to Ruqiya and Raya for going above and beyond.
